Summary 

The Danish National Survey of Dietary Habits and Physical Activity 2003-2008 sampled 8,324 Danish residents between the ages of 4-75. Of this sample, only about 53% of the original sample fully completed the 7-day dietary diary. In addition to dietary information, this survey collected information on participants' physical activity habits. Dietary information was used to calculate average dietary and micronutrient intake in Denmark. 

The Danish National Survey of Dietary Habits and Physical Activity was conducted continuously beginning in June 2000. A third round was conducted between 2011 and 2013.
