The GATS is designed to produce national and subnational estimates on tobacco use. The Philippines GATS provides information on tobacco use, cessation, second-hand smoke, and knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions towards tobacco. The survey also covers basic sociodemographic characteristics. For the 2021 Philippines GATS, a total of 18,466 individuals completed interviews.
