Readme Notes:

1. The pentavalent vaccine was launched in Zambia in 2005. Thus, intervention coverage estimates for this indicator are only provided for the years 2005-2010.
2. Some districts were not targeted for IRS until 2011. Thus, only districts which were targeted for IRS in 2010 and prior have IRS coverage estimates.
