Summary 

A microdata sample of the 2000 Mexico census is available for download online.  The census used both a short form and a long form.  The long form questionnaire was used for a sample of over 2 million households and included questions on housing, water and sanitation, home ownership, assets, waste disposal, income, employment, international and subnational migration, education and births.
