Summary 

The purpose of this survey was to gather demographic and fertility data on households in urban and rural areas in Mali. The data were collected through a variety of questionnaires delivered through in-person interviews in the home. The questionnaires included one for the household, one for collecting fertility histories from women aged 14 and older, and one questionnaire on marriage and children delivered to all women.
