Summary 

The Malawi DHS EdData Survey (MDES) 2002 provides information on education attainment, education expenditures, and education access for school age children. For the 2002 MDES, 2,048 parents/ guardians were successfully interviewed from 3,290 households. Parent/ guardian interviews provided data on 3,752 school age children age 6-14.
