This is the third annual report published by the Permanent Population Committee, which is under the supervision of  the General Secretariat for Development Planning. The committee monitors the progress in implementing the population policy Program of Action of through several quantitative and qualitative indicators such as population density, employment, urbanization rate, school enrollment, immunization coverage, and youth literacy.
