Summary 

This is a household survey with a sample size of 3,200 people. It was conducted via an interviewer-administered questionnaire, a self-administered food frequency questionnaire, and two 24-hour dietary recalls. In addition to this information, gathered from the primary repondent, a food safety questionnaire was directed towards the person in charge of preparing meals for the household (either the respondent or a secondary respondent).
