Summary
At the time of this publication, Argentina had two population-based cancer registries in the department of Concordia in Entre Rios province and in the south of Buenos Aires province. The cancer atlas provides cancer mortality numbers and rates for the entire country, based on data from the country's vital registration system.
The cancer data is presented by five-year age groups, sex, and province, and cancers are coded in ICD-10.
