The purpose of the quarterly Permanent Household Survey is to collect data on Argentina's socioeconomic and demographic characteristics. Household and individual interviews were conducted on topics including education, employment, household income, literacy, and housing conditions. Households selected for each year's new survey participate in four rounds over the course of a year.
