Summary
The objective of the Epidemiological Survey of Mental Health in Frontiers is to identify the main mental health problems (depression, anxiety disorders, addictions and other mental health issues) in that area, the social conditions of people who suffer from them, and access to health services. The survey covers the cities of Bagua, Puerto Maldonado, Puno, Tacna, and Tumbes. The survey interviewed 1,226 partnered women; 5,857 adults; 2,530 aged adults; 2,188 adolescents.
