Summary
The objective of the Epidemiological Survey of Mental Health in Iquitos is to identify the main mental health problems (depression, anxiety disorders, addictions and other mental health issues) in that area, the social conditions of people who suffer from them, and access to health services. The survey covers the cities of Iquitos, Tarapoto, and Pucallpa. The survey interviewed 1,192 partnered women; 1,306 adults; 428 aged adults; 655 adolescents.
