The Study for Monitoring Antimicrobial Resistance Trends (SMART) is a surveillance study collecting data from more than 200 sites across 63 countries in all regions of the world since 2002. SMART resistance and susceptibility data since 2012 are made available through a database tool that displays resistance heatmaps for selected pathogen and compound combinations combinations.
