The 2015 Rwanda Comprehensive Food Security and Vulnerability Assessment and Nutrition Survey was the fourth of this series, with the previous surveys conducted in 2006, 2009, and 2012. The purpose of the survey is to gather information on food and nutrition insecurity in Rwanda. Data were collected with a key informant questionnaire and a household questionnaire. The household questionnaire included a section to collect anthropometric measurements from children under five and females of reproductive age, as well as a section on infant and young child feeding practices. A total of 7,500 household households were surveyed, interviews were conducted with 6,768 females and anthropometric measurements were collected from 4,058 children. 749 key informant interviews were conducted.
