Summary
The National HIV Sentinel Survey (NHSS) is conducted every two years in Namibia. The survey examines HIV prevalence in pregnant women and conducts anonyomous, unlinked sentinel surveillance of participants. The survey also completes HIV testing on blood samples collected from women receiving antenatal care from clinics.
