National health accounts (NHA) constitute a systematic monitoring of the resource flows in a country's health care system, helping to inform the evaluation of health care policy.
Covering both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, this report includes analysis on partial NHA tables for health expenditures concerning child health from 1996 to 2002, as well as full NHA tables for 1999-2000 that cover the health expenditures of financing agents according to function and resource flows from financing agents to providers.
