National health accounts (NHA) constitute a systematic monitoring of the resource flows in a country's health care system, helping to inform the evaluation of health care policy.
This report includes general NHA tables showing health expenditures by financing sources, providers, and function for 1990-2006. There are partial NHA tables for expenditures by financing source. The report also includes other tables and analysis on health expenditures in Sri Lanka.
The report is available for download from the Institute for Health Policy's Web site. Also, some libraries may be able to procure the report through the interlibrary loan system.
