Summary 

This knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) survey was one part of a larger survey of five European countries undertaken by the International Health Foundation in 1984 and 1985. The objective of the study was to collect data on contraceptive use and the knowledge and perception of the various methods of contraception. The data was collected from samples of women between 15 and 45 years of age.

Data tabulations and an analysis of the survey can be found in a printed report titled Contraception in France. Some libraries may be able to procure this report through the interlibrary loan system.
