Cuba Census of Population and Dwellings 2002 - IPUMS
General Info
Censuses provide population numbers, household or family size and composition, and information on sex and age distribution. They often include other demographic, economic and health-related topics as well. The 2002 Cuba de jure census collected data through face-to-face interviews on the subjects of housing, household demographics, employment for individuals 15 and older, education for those six and older, migration, and disability. The census day was September 6, 2002, with fieldwork occurring September 7-16. A 10% sample of dwellings from the census (1,118,767 individuals) is available through IPUMS International at the University of Minnesota. Refer to the IPUMS website for guidelines on citing database versions.
