Colombia National Contraceptive Prevalence Survey 1980
General Info
The 1980 Colombia Contraceptive Prevalence Survey consists of data on contraceptive use, knowledge of contraceptives, fertility levels, and the access and utilization of family planning services. 9,114 households were interviewed out of a sample of 9,649 for the household questionnaire, out of which 3,098 ever married women and 364 single women were interviewed using the individual questionnaire.
A report with tabulations, a sample questionnaire, and analysis of the survey results was published by the Ministry of Health in Colombia, titled Second Contraceptive Prevalence Survey Colombia General Results. Some libraries may be able to procure this report through the interlibrary loan system.
