Summary

The Guangzhou Epidemiological Survey of Mental Disorders collected data on the prevalence and distribution of mental illnesses in Guangzhou city. Interviews were conducted among residents ages 16-84 using the Chinese version of the Composite International Diagnostic Interview, CIDI-3.0. A total 2,707 individuals were surveyed.
