Summary 

This independent polio campaign monitoring report collected information about vaccination coverage after the completion of the campaign. Independent monitors collect data at the household and street level to determine how many children were vaccinated and how many were missed. For those children under five years who did not receive a polio vaccine, monitors collected data about the reason why the child was not vaccinated and whether or not parents were informed about the polio campaign prior to its start date.
