Summary 

The Survey of Adult Skills was developed and conducted by the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies. The survey examined proficiency in skills such as literacy, numeracy, and problem solving in technological environments. The ways in which participants use these skills are used at home, work, and in the community, were also assessed. 

Austria participated in the first round of the survey.
