Summary
The Jordan 2004 Sexually Transmitted Infections Prevalence Study was a cross-sectional study that examined women attending JAFPP clinics in Jordon. The purpose was to determine both the prevalence of STIs and the etiological agents causing vaginal discharge, as well as to provide data for control program planning. A total of 799 women were surveyed. Data were collected with a questionnaire and medical examination, which included specimen collection to test for STIs.
