Summary
The 2016 survey was the 24th wave of the Dutch National Bank Household Survey. The purpose of the survey was to investigate the economic and psychological aspects of the financial practices of Dutch households. In this wave, 2,231 households participated through completing Internet-based questionnaires.
The survey featured 6 different questionnaires. The topics included household demographics, employment, financial assets, housing and mortgages, health and income, the household economic situation, and feelings about household financial topics.
