Summary 

The Albania Labor Force Survey (LFS) conducted in 2009 collected data on demographic and labor characteristics, such as employment status, work history, secondary jobs, benefits, and work experience. The survey was conducted quarterly with a rotational sampling design. A total of 7,440 households were canvassed.

Data were collected through a household-based questionnaire which was administered to all household members aged 15 years and older. The sampling frame for LFS was based on the 2001 Albania Census.
