Summary 

The Tanzania Integrated Labour Force Survey (ILFS) conducted in 2014 collected information on employment, income, child labor, working conditions and injuries, time use, and household characteristics. Data were collected through a questionnaire which contained four modules: labor force, informal employment , working children, and time use. The questionnaire was provided in English and Kiswahili.

The sample frame used in ILFS 2014 was derived the 2012 Population and Housing Census. The sample size for this survey was 47,199 individuals within 11,472 households. Children ages 5-17 years were interviewed for the child labor module.
