Summary
Part of the Reproductive Health Survey series, the 1991 Belize Family Health Survey was a national health interview survey with a focus on fertility, child morbidity and mortality, contraceptive behavior, use of health services, and health literacy relating to HIV/AIDS. The survey data is representative for rural and urban areas separately, with a sampling frame was based on the 1990 Population and Housing Census. The survey used a single questionnaire for women ages 15-49.
