The survey included three questionnaires:

  • A household survey that collected demographic information.
  • A women's questionnaire that covered topics such as reproductive history, family planning, maternal care, marriage, and health literacy concerning HIV and AIDs.
  • A men's questionnaire that was similar to the woman's questionnaire, with the ommissions of reproductive history and maternal care.
