Summary
The purpose of this survey was to investigate the income, spending, sociodemographic, and employment situations of households in Mexico. The data were collected through in-home in-person interviews. The survey included households in urban and rural areas throughout Mexico. The sample size for this round was 12,465 households.
The questionnaire asked about living conditions and household assets, education, employment activities of persons 12 years and older, a 7-day household expenditure diary, detailed questions on spending, and income.
