The meta analysis study report, Falls in Older People: National/ Regional Review, provides information on the epidemiology of falls among aged adults in India. Various studies on the elderly Indian population were analyzed to understand the risk factors that contribute to falls, such as physical impairment and use of medications, as well as the impact that falls in the elderly population have on the health service industry. Fall prevention and interventions are also discussed.
