The Neglected Tropical Diseases and Their Control in Uganda: Situation Analysis and Needs Assessment report analyzes the situation of neglected tropical diseases in Uganda and provides recommendations for national responses to address the issue. The report offers an introduction to the disease and provides specifics on the national distribution, burden, history, control methods, and needs. Informational sources for the report were identified and provided by the Vector Control Division of the Ministry of Health, and were supplemented by literature from Pubmed and the World Health Organization.
