Summary
The 2014 Moldova Census of Population and Housing was conducted by the National Bureau of Statistics, via in-person enumeration. The questionnaires covered demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of all residents, and usual residents who had been absent from the country for more than twelve months. The total population was estimated at 2,998,235.
