Summary
The 2011 Census of Brunei Darussalam was conducted by the Government Department of Economic Planning and Development, via in-person enumeration. It was the fifth census carried out in the country. The questionnaire covered demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of all individuals on a de jure basis. The total population of Brunei Darussalam was 393,372, which was a growth rate of 1.7 percent from the last census in 2001.
