Summary
In Ireland, each Health Service Executive (HSE) Area maintains a child immunization register, data from which are reported quarterly to the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC). These data are annual immunization uptake statistics related to all children represented in the HSE databases who reached 12 or 24 months of age in 2005 and completed the recommended immunization schedule for their age.
