Summary
The 2003 Bulgarian LSMS may or may not be considered an official part of the World Bank LSMS series: while it is available for download from the LSMS site, the documentation suggests that World Bank involvement was minimal or non-existant. Topics covered by the survey are similiar to an LSMS, and unlike the earlier LSMS in Bulgaria, this survey was used to assess an official poverty line. The sample for the survey was approximately 3,000 households.
