This is the official budget submitted by the Minister of Finance and Economic Development to the legislature of Belize for the fiscal year which runs April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015. It contains the text of the "Budget Speech for Fiscal Year 2014/2015" and the accompanying documentation, "Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for Fiscal Year 2014/2015". Before the budget is presented, there is a review of the previous year's fiscal performance and balance of accounts. There are estimates of future revenue, capital expenditures, and recurring expenditures. In addition to the immediate fiscal year, expenditures are forecast two years beyond.

The proposed budget includes amounts for health care, education, social programs, infrastructure, and capital development.  Actual and proposed amounts for the Ministry of Health are detailed for specific line items such as the number of health care personnel and proposed salaries.
