Summary
The Low-Income National Diet and Nutrition Survey 2003-2005 was commissioned to build on the results of the National Diet and Nutrition Survey results from 1992-2002. Nutrition and diet information was collected from 2,430 low-income households, including 3,728 children and adults. Data were collected through face-to-face questionnaires, anthropometric measurements, and blood tests.
