Summary 

The Singapore National Health Survey conducted in 2010 assessed the prevalence of diabetes and hypertension, coverage and utilization of preventive health measures, and health behaviors. Associated risk factors such as physical inactivity, obesity, tobacco and alcohol use were also examined. Six locations, including five polyclinics and one community center, were used as survey sites. A total of 4,337 individuals, ages 18-79 years were canvassed successfully.
