Summary
The Thailand National Nutrition Survey 1995 focused on the food and nutritional situation within the country. Data were collected with one-day food records with instructions for the sample population to complete, household interviews, and optional anthropometric assessments. The anthropometric assessments included height and weight measurements, blood collection and testing, and dietary survey at the household and individual level. The targeted population was comprised of infants and preschool-age children, school-age children, pregnant women, and lactating women. Of the targeted population, 4,074 households were successfully interviewed.
