Summary
The October Household Survey (OHS) 1998 was conducted as part of the annual series that began in 1993. The sample included 100,000 individuals from all population groups living in 20,000 households.
The OHS covered employment, unemployment, and the informal labor market. In addition, the survey provided information on households, dwellings, births, deaths, migration, access to health and social services, safety and well-being of the household, and perceived quality of life.
