Summary
The New Zealand Adult Nutrition Survey interviewed a sample of 4,721 adult participants; anthropemetric measurements were collected from 4,503 participants, and blood and urine samples were collected from 3,348 and 3,315 particpants respectively. The questionnaire also included a 24-hour diet recall module to collect detailed information on food and nutrient consumption.
