Summary 

The United States Renal Data System (USRDS) publishes an Annual Data Report on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in the United States. To supplement this report, USRDS has developed the USRDS Renal Data Extraction and Referencing (RenDER) System, a database which provides access to more detailed tables than is feasible to publish in the annual report. This record corresponds to the USRDS 2016 Annual Data Report.
