Uganda District Shapefiles 2010 - Humanitarian Response

These shapefiles are one of the Common Operational Datasets (CODs) published by Humanitarian Reponse in an effort to support humanitarian work across sectors. This registry includes both CODs and Fundamental Operational Datasets (FODs), which are also relevant to humanitarian efforts but have a narrower scope in regards to sector. CODs include administrative boundries, population places, transportation networks, hydrology, bypsography, population statistics, and humanitarian caseloads.

New districts were created in 2010, and these files were an update to the 2006 shapefiles. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) administers the Humanitarian Response website.
