Summary 

This report is a comprehensive health statistical record and financial report combined. It includes the number of incidents of disease by medical department, therapies provided and medical tests conducted. It also includes epidemic surveillance numbers for dengue, tuberculosis, STDs, salmonella typhi, and other infectious diseases.
