Summary 

This nationally-representative study was conducted to assess the validity of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Participants were instructed to wear an accelerometer to measure physical activity for a period of several days; these measured results were compared to the self-reported physical activity documented through self-report using the IPAQ.
