The Pooled Resource Open-Access ALS Clinical Trials (PRO-ACT) Database contains over 8500 de-identified Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) patient records from 17 Phase II and III clinical trials. The database has over eight million data points and includes information on patient demographics, lab tests, family and medical history, symptoms, medication use, and outcome measures. The PRO-ACT Database was created by merging data from existing publicly and privately conducted ALS clinical trials.
