Summary 

NORKOST-2 is the second round of national food consumption surveys in Norway. The previous round was conducted in 1993-1994. Data were collected through two 24-hour dietary interviews and a food trends questionnaire. The sample included 862 men and 925 women between the ages of 18 and 70.
