The households were returned to in Panel 2 between December 2014 and February 2015. The interview instruments included a household questionnaire, an agricultural questionnaire, and a community questionnaire.

The sample size for Panel 1 was 39,203 individuals within 4,009 households. In Panel 2, the sample size was 39,348 individuals within 3,992 households.
