Summary

The 2001 Italy de jure census collected data through self-enumeration on the subjects of housing, household demographics, employment, migration, and education. The census day was October 21, 2001. A 5% sample of households from the census (2,990,739 individuals) is available through IPUMS International at the University of Minnesota.
